June 2019 saw the opening of the Dengshikou Taproom, located literally on top of the Dengshikou subway station on Line 5 in the heart of historic Dongcheng District hutongs. The Taproom offers a neighborhood-friendly, laid-back atmosphere. The interior is split into two spaces – the original bar with over 50 seats, and the addition room also known as "106" that opened in mid 2022. With its own 20-tap beer system and an additional 20 seats, it offers a more intimate experience. The taproom's unique location invites guests to explore uncharted hutongs without straying too far from downtown Beijing.
